2010 Pageants Results
The State Finals for the 2010 California International Pageants were staged in beautiful Downey, California, September 12, 2009. All fifty-five city and county delegates arrived at the Embassy Suites Los Angeles-Downey, the host hotel for pageant weekend.
On Saturday, September 12, 2009 inside the Downey Civic Theatre, the 2010 California International State Titleholders were crowned before a live audience. The show opened with one of the best state production opening numbers ever seen on a pageant stage, choreographed by Liz Vega-Gomez. All 2010 Official City and County delegates adorned white suits, with embellished tops and danced to a professionally choreographed dance number, "Salute to Disco”.
Afterwards, the competition began in Fun Fashion, Fitness, On Stage Platform Questions and Evening Gowns. The Show host was Dennis Cooke. The competition concluded with the announcements of 4 new California International State Titleholders; Mrs. Kern County International, Ashley Pavletich is crowned Mrs. California International 2010. Her Official Court of Honor is as follows: 1st Runner Up: Stephanie Norville, Mrs. Folsom Intl; 2nd Runner Up: Ellen Keegan, Mrs. Sacramento Intl; 3rd Runner Up: Jennifer Green, Mrs. Vacaville Intl; 4th Runner Up: Tara Hooper, Mrs. Oceanside Intl.
Miss Lakewood International, Gretheel Olvera is crowned Miss California International 2010. Her Official Court of Honor is as follows: 1st Runner Up: Angelica August, Miss Bakersfield Intl; 2nd Runner Up: Kari Ann Johnson, Miss Downey Intl; 3rd Runner Up: Courtney Caron, Miss San Francisco Intl; 4th Runner Up: Erica Abke, Miss Sacramento Intl.
Miss Teen Pacific Coast International, Dedria Brunett is crowned Miss Teen California International 2010. Her Official Court of Honor is as follows: 1st Runner Up: Tara Condie, Miss Teen Vacaville Intl; 2nd Runner Up: Samantha Gerber, Miss Teen Northern Valley Intl; 3rd Runner Up: Kelly Brady, Miss Teen Orange County Intl; 4th Runner Up: Erica George, Miss Teen Bakersfield Intl.
Junior Miss Folsom, Claire Wright is crowned Junior Miss California International 2010. Her Official Court of Honor is as follows: 1st Runner Up: Courtney Critz, Junior Miss Sacramento Intl; 2nd Runner Up: Savannah Ellison, Junior Miss Greater Auburn Intl.
Other honors, prizes and scholarships were awarded in Community Service, Photogenic, Congeniality, Preliminary Awards in Fun Fashion, Fitness, Evening Gown, Platform, and Interview. For a full Press Release, contact our state office.
